What bulk email is good for
Email is the cheapest way to send long content to many people. A store can show a whole catalogue, a school can send a full newsletter with photos, and a software company can explain a new feature with screenshots. People read it when it suits them, and they can keep it for later.
It works best alongside SMS. An SMS gets read within minutes, so it suits a short reminder. Email carries the details. Many of our customers send a two-line SMS on the day of a sale and the full offer by email the evening before.

Sending a campaign, step by step
Choose your recipients first. Upload a CSV of up to 50,000 rows, paste up to 1,000 addresses or pick a contact group you saved earlier. Columns in your file, such as first name or city, become merge tags you can use in the subject and body.
Design the email in any editor you like and paste the HTML, or start from a saved template. Preview it, send a test to yourself, then send it now or schedule it. While it sends you can watch progress and cancel the rest of a campaign if you spot a mistake.
Consent, unsubscribes and the rules
Send campaigns only to people who agreed to receive them, such as customers who ticked a box at checkout or signed up on your website. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 expects clear consent and an easy way to withdraw it. Never send to purchased lists, which are the fastest way to get your domain blocked.
Every email you mark as marketing gets a one-click unsubscribe header, which Gmail and Yahoo now require from bulk senders. When someone unsubscribes, they go on your suppression list and are skipped in later campaigns, while their order receipts and other transactional email still reach them.
Protecting your sender reputation
Inbox providers judge you by your bounces and complaints. The platform suppresses hard bounces automatically and pauses an account when bounces or spam complaints rise past safe limits, before the damage spreads to your domain. Our team then helps you find the bad part of the list.
New accounts start with a lower daily sending limit, which rises as your sending history builds. If your list is old, you can check addresses before sending with our validation tool, which costs one credit per address. Removing dead addresses first is cheaper than paying for the bounces later.
Bulk email pricing
Bulk email is billed per recipient from your email credit balance, and the rate falls as your monthly volume grows. There is no monthly platform fee. Addresses on your suppression list are skipped and not charged. Send us your list size and how often you mail it, and we will quote a rate plus 18% GST.
