What working here is like

AvanceZone has run bulk messaging since 2000. Today the team runs SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, voice and email for more than 5,000 businesses, from small shops in Tamil Nadu to large companies across India and abroad.

You see the result of your work quickly. When support fixes a rejected template, that customer's messages go out the same day. When engineering improves delivery reports, every account on the platform gets the change.

Most problems here are practical ones. A school's fee reminder must go out before 9am, a bank's OTPs must reach every operator, and a new TRAI rule must be built into the platform before it takes effect. If you like solving problems like these, you will enjoy the work.

You also learn how the whole business fits together. Support, sales, operations and engineering work in the same office, so a question a customer asks in the morning can turn into a fix or a new feature soon after.

Teams we hire for

We post openings when they come up, but we welcome CVs for any of these teams at any time.

• Engineering: PHP and Laravel, APIs, queues, databases and the systems that send messages to operators
• Customer support: helping customers with DLT registration, templates, sender IDs and delivery questions
• Sales and business development: understanding what a business sends and suggesting the right plan
• Operations: routes, operator connections, monitoring, billing and compliance checks
• Marketing: website content, guides, search and campaigns for our own products
• Product: turning customer feedback into clear plans for the messaging platform

Skills that help

For support and sales roles, clear spoken and written English matters most, and Tamil or Hindi is a strong plus because many customers prefer it. You should be patient on the phone and careful with details such as template wording and sender IDs.

For engineering roles, show us something you have built. A GitHub link, a project you deployed or a problem you solved at work tells us more than a list of languages. Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases or Linux servers is useful, but we also train people who learn quickly.

For operations roles, comfort with spreadsheets, reports and monitoring screens helps, along with a calm approach when a route has a problem at a busy hour. Knowledge of telecom or DLT is not required for any role. We teach it on the job.
